Sharing a post on Chinese microblogging site Weibo, the tipster revealed that Oppo is currently planning to launch a new version of the Oppo Find X5 Pro smartphone. In that case, the refreshed version of the flagship model will come with Qualcomm's latest and greatest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. Let us know, this latest processor was announced last May as an upgraded version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset used in the original model.
Moreover, reports of another new foldable phone joining Oppo's portfolio have also surfaced. As per the tipster's claim, the Oppo Find N2 could be coming soon as the successor to the original Find N handset that debuted in 2021.
Tipstar also mentioned in his post that Oppo is preparing to launch the Find X5 Pro Snapdragon 6+ Gen 1 Edition smartphone next month, i.e. in August. Again, the Find N2 foldable smartphone may be marketed in the second half of this year. The foldable model may come with a flip phone clamshell life design and ColorOS 13 custom OS. In addition to the possible launch time and features, Tipstar has also revealed the codename of the Find N2 phone. It is learned that this upcoming model is carrying the codename 'Dragonfly'.
Nothing more is known about the features of Oppo Find X5 Pro flagship smartphone and Find N2 foldable handset at this moment.
Incidentally, the digital chat station further mentioned in its post that the China-based tech company may soon launch two new wearable devices called Oppo Watch 3 and Oppo Band 2 in their domestic market. Although Tipstar has not released any launch timeline for the two products in question. As a result, it is not possible to know whether this information is true or not.
